To help with workplace cleanliness challenges, we’ve developed an option for capturing signatures in apps and forms. The aim is to avoid physically drawing on another person’s screen when a signature is required.
Should a person other than the forms2 user (e.g. a client or supervisor) need to sign, they’ll instead use their own device to scan a QR code shown on the form. This QR code will launch a web page on the person’s device and they’ll sign this page on their own screen. Once captured, the signature is then pulled over to the forms2 user’s form entry.
