Tasks let you drive jobs to your people in the field. Task Templates give you the flexibility to highly customise how those tasks will be created and dispatched, and let you set the various parameters and settings for Tasks.
Select your Template, choose some optional items, allocate your recipients and then create your task.
Make sure your dispatchers complete and send the right information, at the right time, to the right teams. Templates are great to make sure tasks have the correct pre-populated information that field teams crucially need to complete the task.
Lets run through a quick example:
A dispatcher needs to complete customer contact details and parts required for a job. A template can make those fields mandatory when creating the task so that all information is completed prior to assigning the task to an engineer. Nothing is missed and your customers and teams are always happy!
