The key objectives that our users wanted to achieve were: enhanced data collection through mobile forms with media and georeferencing features, generating comprehensive reports for better client service, digitising farmer registration (making it quicker overall), leveraging mobile BI for work management and accountability, and shifting towards a paperless system, as we all know mobile forms don’t get lost on the way to the back office, as paper forms do!

What did we ask our Agriculture and farming mobile business app users

Respondents during the onboarding process were asked 4 questions:

  • What industry are you in?
  • Their role (we’ve kept that confidential)
